摘要
本文围绕加强建筑安装工程造价管理分析与研究为主体进行阐述,首先说明了要促使企业迅速地适应当下市场环境,促使企业高效地实施科学发展观等加强建筑工程造价管理的必要意义。其次,分析了工作人员工程造价意识不到位,缺乏完善的造价管理机制等工程造价管理方面遇到的难题。接着讨论了树立正确的工程造价控制意识,制定并完善建筑工程造价管理体系等加强建筑工程造价管理的对策,旨在为相关研究提供一定的参考。
This paper focuses on strengthening the analysis and research of construction and installation project cost management.Firstly,it explains the necessary significance of promoting enterprises to adapt to the current market environment more quickly and to implement the scientific development concept more efficiently.Secondly,the paper analyzes the problems in engineering cost management,such as the lack of cost awareness and perfect cost management mechanism.Then,it discusses how to establish the correct consciousness of project cost control,and how to establish and perfect the management system of construction project cost to strengthen the management of construction project cost.
