摘要
在项目招投标阶段,建设单位对合同工期都有明确的要求,施工单位为了在固定的期限内完成建设任务,就必须进行精心策划,制订详细的、切实可行的施工计划。在建设过程中,应当安排专业的进度计划跟踪人员对已制订的计划进行定期检查,研究进度计划的执行情况,发现偏差要及时进行调整,保证进度计划的执行,保证建设项目的顺利完成。
In the bidding stage of the project,the construction unit has clear requirements for the contract period.In order to complete the construction task within a fixed period of time,the construction unit must make careful planning and formulate a detailed and feasible construction plan.In the process of construction,professional schedule tracking personnel shall be arranged to conduct regular inspection on the established plan,study the implementation of the schedule,timely adjust any deviation found,ensure the implementation of the schedule,and ensure the smooth completion of the construction project.
