小麦EMS诱变材料的抗旱性评价 被引量:3

摘要 培育和筛选抗旱节水新材料是保障山西小麦持续稳定发展的有力举措。为拓宽小麦抗旱基因资源、创新抗旱种质,采用全生育期鉴定法,以产量三要素有效穗数、穗粒数、千粒质量以及株高、产量为考核指标,对33份晋麦47 EMS诱变材料进行抗旱性评价。结果表明,经抗旱性鉴定,共筛选出抗旱性优于基础材料晋麦47的材料3份,占参试材料的9%;有4份材料表现中等抗旱,17份材料呈现较弱抗旱水平,9份材料抗旱指数小于0.699,处于极弱水平。 Cultivating and selecting new materials for drought resistance and water-saving is a powerful measure to ensure the sustainable and stable development of wheat in Shanxi province.To broaden the drought resistance gene and creat new drought resistant gerplasm,the drought resistance of 33 EMS mutagenic materials of Jinmai 47 was evaluated by using the identification method of the whole growth period,taking the panicle number,grain number per splike,1000-grain quality of the three factors of yield,and plant height and yield as the evaluation indexes.The results showed that through drought resistance identification,three materials with better drought resistance than its basic material Jinmai 47 were selected,accounting for 9%of the tested materials,4 materials showed moderate drought resistance,17 materials showed weak drought resistance,and 9 materials showed extremely weak drought resistance,and the drought resistance index was less than 0.699.
