摘要
目的分析医护联合模式对T2DM(2型糖尿病)患者的管理效果。方法选择2016年11月—2018年11月在保健办保健的、居住在罗湖区的176例T2DM患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和参照组两组,每组各88例。参照组患者采纳传统的管理模式,观察组患者采取医护联合的管理模式,对比两组患者对流感、肺炎球菌疫苗、糖尿病知识的知晓情况、自我管理能力、血糖指标。结果观察组对流感、肺炎球菌疫苗、糖尿病知识知晓评分、自我管理能力评分分别为(92.26±3.66)分、(93.16±3.25)分、(92.58±3.62)分、(17.26±2.22)分、(21.62±3.41)分、(16.25±2.11)分、(26.25±2.62)分、(14.26±2.62)分、(11.26±0.55)分均显著比参照组[(80.16±1.62)分、(82.26±1.88)分、(82.46±1.44)分、(11.16±1.52)分、(18.25±2.64)分、(11.26±1.64)分、(20.06±2.11)分、(12.26±1.66)分、(9.26±0.34)分]高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组血糖指标[(5.02±0.12)mmol/L、(5.41±0.28)%、(6.01±0.11)mmol/L]均显著比参照组[(7.37±0.15)mmol/L、(7.25±0.34)%、(8.68±1.13)mmol/L]低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论医护联合管理模式可有效提高T2DM患者对糖尿病知识的掌握度及自我护理能力,降低血糖值,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the management effect of combined medical and nursing mode on type 2 diabetic mellitus(T2 DM)patients.Methods 176 cases of T2 DM patients who lived in Luohu district and received health care in municipal health committee office from November 2016 to November 2018 were enrolled in the study and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.88 patients in the control group adopted the traditional management mode,and 88 patients in the observation group adopted the combined management mode of medical and care.The awareness of influenza,pneumococcal vaccine and diabetes,self-management ability,and blood glucose indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of awareness of influenza,pneumococcal vaccine,diabetes knowledge and self-management ability of the observation group(92.26±3.66),(93.16±3.25),(92.58±3.62),(17.26±2.22),(21.62±3.41),(16.25±2.11),(26.25±2.62),(14.26±2.62),and(11.26±0.55)were significantly higher than those of the control group(80.16±1.62),(82.26±1.88),(82.46±1.44),(11.16±1.52),(18.25±2.64),(11.26±1.64),(20.06±2.11),(12.26±1.66),and(9.26±0.34),and the blood glucose index of the observation group(5.02±0.12)mmol/L,(5.41±0.28)%,(6.01±0.11)mmol/L were significantly lower than that of the control group(7.37±0.15)mmol/L,(7.25±0.34)%,(8.68±1.13)mmol/L,all the differences above were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The combined management mode of medical and nursing could effectively improve the mastery of diabetes knowledge and self-care ability of T2 DM patients,and reduce the blood glucose value,which is worth popularizing.
