硫酯化碱溶性茯苓多糖的抗氧化性分析 被引量:10

摘要 采用氯磺酸—吡啶法对碱溶性茯苓多糖进行结构修饰,得到硫酯化的碱溶性茯苓多糖,并利用分光光度法对不同浓度的硫酯化茯苓多糖溶液进行抗氧化作用的分析。以维生素C作为阳性对照,分别测定其总抗氧化能力和清除羟基自由基、DPPH自由基以及超氧阴离子自由基的能力。结果表明:硫酯化碱溶性茯苓多糖的抗氧化性在一定浓度范围内对不同体系自由基的清除能力存在较大差异。在实验浓度范围内,其对于羟基自由基、DPPH自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力都随浓度的增加而增大,并且均在浓度1.0g/L时达到最大清除率,分别为78.11%、89.33%、44.97%,其中,对DPPH自由基的清除率较同等浓度维生素C标样更是高出30.67%,具有较好的清除DPPH自由基的能力。除此之外,硫酯化碱溶性茯苓多糖的总抗氧化能力也在1.0g/L时达到最大,吸光值为0.53。 The alkali soluble poria cocos was modified by chlorsulfonic acid-pyridine method,and its antioxidation activity at the different concentration was analyzed by spectrophotometry.The total antioxidant capacity and scavenging capacity of hydroxyl radical,DPPH radical and superoxide anion radical were measured and Vitamin C was used as the positive control.The results showed that the antioxidant activity of pyrifide soluble poria cocos had significant differences in the scavenging ability to free radicals in different systems within a certain concentration range.In the experimental concentration range,hydroxyl radicals,DPPH free radical and superoxide anion free radical scavenging ability increased with the increase of concentration,and reached the maximum at concentration of 1.0 g/L with 78.11%,89.33%and 44.97%,respectively.Among them,DPPH free radical clearance rate is 30.67%higher than that of vitamin C,showing a good ability to remove DPPH free radical.In addition,the total antioxidant capacity of pyrifide-alkali-soluble poria cocos also reached its maximum at 1.0 g/L,with the absorbance of 0.53.
