摘要
胰腺疾病近年来的发病率在不断上升,然而,其无论是诊断还是治疗都存在很多难点,因此,能准确地对胰腺疾病进行诊断,从而为后续的临床治疗方案提供依据。磁共振技术的不断发展,尤其是磁共振成像中的体素内不相干运动弥散加权成像(intravoxel incoherent motion diffusion-weighted imaging,IVIM-DWI)的出现,使其被越来越多地运用到了胰腺相关疾病的诊断以及鉴别诊断当中,为后续的治疗提供更多的信息,对目前IVIM-DWI在胰腺疾病当中的应用现状进行综述。
In recent years, the incidence of pancreatic diseases has been increasing. Therefore,accurate diagnosis of pancreatic diseases has become the focus of follow-up clinical treatment. The continuous development of magnetic resonance technology, especially intravoxel incoherent motion(IVIM-DWI) in magnetic resonance imaging, has been wildly used in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pancreas-related diseases. Its non-traumatic advantages make it accepted by more and more people. This article will review the current application of IVIM-DWI in pancreatic diseases.
