摘要
田军彪教授从肝论治眩晕,认为眩晕发作主要由肝疏泄失常,气机逆乱,肝藏血乏源,脑窍失养所致。又与脾、肺、心、肾四脏关系密切,其中肝疏泄太过,气机逆乱,出现肝火犯肺、肝火扰心,上扰脑窍;肝疏泄不及,气机郁滞,克制脾土,导致清阳难升;肝藏血乏源,累及心、肾,出现心肝血虚、肝肾不足,髓海失养,皆可进一步加重眩晕症状。治疗上主以疏肝、清肝、养肝、平肝,辅以健脾、泻肺、养心、清心、补肾,同时顺应四时之气,调节患者情绪,注意饮食起居。
Professor Tian Junbiao treats vertigo from the perspective of Liver function,and he believes that the vertigo attacks are mainly caused by the following factors:Liver dysfunction and Qi reversal,Liver Blood deficiency induced brain nutrition loss.In addition,it is related to the dysfunction of Spleen,Lung,Heart and Kidney.When the catharsis of the Liver Qi is out of control,the Qi movement would be violent,and the Liver Qi would disturbe Lung,Heart and brain;when the catharsis of the Liver Qi is not enough,the Qi stagnation would take place and the Spleen Qi would be restrained,resulting in difficulty of Yang Qi rising;When there is Liver Blood deficiency,Heart and Kidney injury would be involved,which would cause Heart and Liver blood deficiency as well as Liver and Kidney deficiency,and cause the brain injury.Eventually,the vertigo would become more serious.Therefore,in treatment,methods such as relieving the Liver Qi,clearing the Liver Fire,nourishing the Liver Blood and repressing the liver should be used,by supplementing with tonifying Spleen,purging Lung,clearing Heart Fire and nourishing Kidney.
