摘要
肿瘤内伏而潜藏,其性属阴;浸润和转移,其性属阳。在阴阳隔绝的前提下,阴寒内积固而不散,阳邪外扩而逐渐传遍,同时阳气不能制约阴形,产生痰结、湿聚、瘀血等有形实邪。治疗肿瘤应依其阴阳属性,配伍"体阴而用阳"之药,如半枝莲、白花蛇舌草、山慈菇等清热解毒、攻毒散结之药,清在外之热毒,开阳气之通路。同时,运用半夏秫米汤,以半夏宣通阴阳,引阳入阴,发挥阳气气化作用。诸药相合,破阴通阳,引阳入阴,才可内化寒积,提高疗效。
The tumor lurks inside,being the Yin;it infiltrate and goes metastasis,being the Yang.Under the premise that Yin and Yang are isolated,Yin and Cold accumulate and do not disperse,and Yang evil spreads out gradually.At the same time,Yang Qi cannot restrict the Yin shape,resulting in tangible and Phlegm evil,Dampness and blood stasis,etc.Treatment of tumors should be based on its Yin and Yang properties,with"physically Yin and functionally Yang"medicine,such as Banzhilian(Scutellaria barbata),Baihuasheshecao(Hedyotis diffusa),Shancige(rhizoma pleionis)and other Heat-clearing,detoxifying,attacking-toxin and resolving-mass drugs,so as to clear away Heat and Toxin and make the path for Yang.At the same time,the use of Shumi Decoction,with Banxia(Pinellia ternate)to communicate Yin and Yang as well as leading Yang into Yin,and eventually play the role of Yang Qi.The combination of various medicines can break Yin and activate Yang,and lead Yang into Yin before internalizing Cold accumulation and finally improving the curative effect.
