摘要
以研究Ag纳米颗粒的等离子效应对TiO2的辐射吸收的影响为目的,建立Ag/Al2O3-TiO2复合结构膜的辐射吸收模型,基于时域有限差分法进行模拟计算,分析Ag-TiO2间距以及Ag纳米颗粒粒径这2个因素对TiO2层辐射吸收特性的影响。研究结果表明:在Ag/Al2O3-TiO2复合膜体系中Ag纳米颗粒周围的局域电场强度显著增强,复合膜中TiO2层的辐射吸收特性也得到增强,在不同波段内Ag-TiO2间距以及Ag纳米颗粒粒径这2个因素对TiO2吸收特性的影响有不同规律。
To study the effect of Ag nanoparticle’s plasma resonance on TiO2 absorption properties,the model of Ag/Al2O3-TiO2 composite film was built,the Finite Difference Time Domain(FDTD)method was used,and the influence of Ag-TiO2 interval and Ag diameter on TiO2 absorption properties was analyzed.The results showed that in Ag/Al2O3-TiO2 composite film,electric field intensity around Ag nanoparticles is significantly enhanced,and absorption rate of nearby TiO2 film is also increased.In different range of wavelength,influence rules of the two factors(Ag-TiO2 interval and Ag diameter)on TiO2 absorption characteristics are different.
