摘要
地面集输管线是我国运输石油天然气等的重要通道,但集输管线常发生腐蚀,可能使管道遭受穿孔等破坏,造成严重的影响和不必要的损失。分析了导致油田地面集输管线腐蚀的原因,既有管线内部输送介质的问题,也有外部环境以及集输管线自身存在缺陷问题。介绍了用于管道腐蚀检测的常用方法与原理,对油田地面集输管线的腐蚀防护提出了应对措施。通过加强管线施工中的质量控制,科学合理地运用防腐蚀技术,可以有效降低管线腐蚀的发生率,同时保证油田地面运输的高效性和安全性。
The surface gathering and transmission pipeline is an important channel for transporting oil and gas in our country,but the pipelines commonly suffer from corrosion,which is likely to cause serious damage such as perforation,and result in serious impact and unnecessary loss to the oil industry.The causes leading to surface gathering and transmission pipeline corrosion are analyzed,including the transmission medium in the pipeline,external environment and gathering pipeline defects.The common methods and principles of pipeline corrosion detection are presented,and the countermeasures are proposed for corrosion prevention of oilfield surface gathering pipeline.Through strengthening the quality control of pipeline construction,and applying anti-corrosion technologies scientifically and reasonably,the occurrence rate of pipeline corrosion can be reduced effectively,and the high efficiency and safety of oil surface transportation can be guaranteed as well.
