摘要
为缩短试验认证周期、降低试验成本,以动力总成悬置系统为研究对象,对基于多体动力学模型生成的虚拟载荷与实测道路载荷进行伪损伤对比分析,取得较好相关性,搭建试验台架进行虚拟载荷迭代,最终响应信号与迭代目标信号取得较好的一致性,分别对虚拟载荷和实测道路载荷进行耐久试验,失效模式一致,验证了动力总成悬置系统虚拟载荷耐久试验方法的可行性。
In order to shorten the test certification period and reduce the test cost,the powertrain mounting system is taken as the research object,and the virtual load generated based on the multi-body dynamics model and the measured road load are analyzed for pseudo damage,and a good correlation is obtained.The test bench is built for virtual load iteration.The final response signal and the iterative target signal achieve good consistency.The endurance tests are performed on the virtual load and the measured road load respectively.The failure modes are consistent,and the feasibility of the virtual load endurance test method of the powertrain mounting system is verified.
