摘要
基于完全理性假设的传统服务外包供应商评价方法不能适应评价主体心理行为复杂化的要求,文中基于有限理性假设,运用价值函数确定占优度矩阵并构建基于前景理论的多维偏好线性规划分析(LINMAP)模型,设计新的决策评价方法。实例研究不仅验证了文中提出模型的可行性,还提供了适应现代服务业需求的服务外包供应商评价方法。
The traditional evaluation method of service outsourcing providers based on the assumption of complete rationality cannot meet the requirements of the complexity of the evaluation subject s psychological behavior.Based on the assumption of bounded rationality,this paper uses the value function to determine the dominance degree matrix and constructs the linear programming technique for multidimensional analysis of preference(LINMAP)model based on the prospect theory,and designs a new decision evaluation method.The case study not only verifies the feasibility of the model proposed in this paper,but also provides the service outsourcing supplier evaluation method that meets the needs of modern service industry.
