摘要
通过对原手动电石装箱装置进行改进,设计、研发了一种气动执行机构的电石自动装箱装置,采用PLC系统对电石装箱的每个执行动作进行自动化控制,实现了提高工作效率、改善工作环境、节省劳动力的目的。
Through improving the original manual calcium carbide packing device,an automatic calcium carbide packing device with pneumatic actuators was designed and developed.The new device could automatically control each execution action of packing calcium carbide through PLC system,and the purposes of increasing work efficiency,improving working environment and saving labor were realized.
