摘要
文章主要针对哈汽CCLN600-25/600/600型汽轮机在某次停机过程中出现惰走时间过长问题展开分析,经过对各系统参数分析最终确认此次惰走时间过长原因为汽机部分或全部MSV、GV存在内漏,导致汽机打闸后部分主蒸汽漏入汽轮机中,最后经检修对汽机阀门进行拉阀定位后再次停机时惰走时间正常,故障消失。
Picked this article mainly aims at the steam CCLN600-600-/-25/600 type steam turbine in one stop idle away time is too long issues appeared in the process of analysis,through the analysis of the system parameters established that the idle away time is too long reason for turbine MSV,GV exist in some or all of the leak,cause a part of the main steam turbine type brake from leaking into the steam turbine,fi nally after the maintenance of turbine valve pull valve positioning again when stop idle away time is normal,the fault disappear.
