耐力是身体长时间工作能力,即对抗疲劳的能力。包括肌肉耐力和心血管耐力。它是人体各器官、系统功能在运动素质方面的协调适应和综合表现。长期进行耐力跑能有效发展心肺功能,再者少儿时期,心肺功能发育尚未成熟,不能进行大强度的练习,肌肉力量薄弱、骨骼弹性较强,不能进行大力量练习,此时正是发展有氧耐力黄金时期,为青少年时期进行强度较大的练习做好心肺储备,再结合后期体能的全面发展,学生将受益终生。
Endurance is the ability of the body to work for a long time,that is,the ability to fight fatigue.Including muscle endurance and cardiovascular endurance.It is the coordinated adaptation and comprehensive performance of human organs and system functions in terms of motor quality.Long-term endurance running can effectively develop cardiopulmonary function.Furthermore,in childhood,the development of cardiopulmonary function is not yet mature,and high-intensity exercises cannot be performed.Muscle strength is weak,bone elasticity is strong,and high-strength exercises cannot be performed.
