摘要
简述了氟对铜冶炼系统的影响及贵溪冶炼厂硫酸系统含氟情况。对除氟工艺在贵冶的实践应用进行了介绍,制酸净化工序采用的硅酸钠除氟工艺对降低气相中的氟取得了一定的效果,废水工序采用的硫酸铝除氟工艺优化了废水排放指标;对除氟工艺的相关控制优化进行了介绍。
The effect of fluorine on copper smelting system and the situation of sulphuric acid system in Guixi Smelter were briefly described.The practical application of fluoride removal technology in Guixi Smelter is introduced,the sodium silicate defluorination process which is used in the acid purification process has achieved a certain effect on the reduction of fluorine in the gas phase,aluminum sulfate defluorination process is used in wastewater process optimizes wastewater emission index.The relative control optimization of defluorination process is introduced.
