摘要
沙葱含有黄酮类化合物、多糖等主要成分,具有抗氧化、降血脂和抗菌等多种作用。本文围绕沙葱的化学成分及生物活性的文献报道进行系统的总结,并对其研究进展进行归纳分类,为今后沙葱及其相关产品的开发利用研究提供借鉴与参考。
Allium mongolicum Regel contains flavonoids, polysaccharides and other main components, and has a variety of antioxidant, lipidlowering and antibacterial effects.This article systematically summarized and classified the literature reports on the chemical composition and biological activity of Allium mongolicum Regel, which provided would provide references for the future development and utilization of Allium mongolicum Regel and related products.
