摘要
为分析洗扫车盘扫机构的疲劳耐久性与清扫效率,需对盘扫机构建立力学模型。文中从扫盘实际使用情况出发,对盘扫机构进行结构简化,并利用力学公式,计算其提升力与触地压力,分析其对盘扫机构的效率影响与强度影响,选择合理提高其使用频次的方法,为后续分析做准备。
In order to analyze the fatigue durability and cleaning efficiency of the sweeping mechanism,a mechanical model of the sweeping mechanism should be established.Starting from the actual use of the sweeping mechanism,this paper simplifies the structure of the sweeping mechanism,calculates its lifting force and ground pressure by using the mechanical formula,analyzes its impact on the efficiency and strength of the sweeping mechanism,and selects a reasonable method to improve its use frequency to prepare for the subsequent analysis.
