摘要
针对数控机床产品立项前期产品需求,通过文献分析、专家咨询、用户访谈、产品分析以及展会等渠道收集整理数控机床需求后对数控机床需求予以分类。将数控机床需求整理划分为6个大类,22个中类,43小类,通过对50个样本进行问卷调研,调查问卷设计应用Kano模型,最终得出以汽车行业为目标客户的数控机床各需求类别。
The product demand in the prophase of the project approval of CNC machine tools,apply of document analysis,expert consultation,user interview,product analysis,exhibition and other channels to collect and sort out the demand of CNC machine tools,and then classify the demand of CNC machine tools.The demand arrangement of CNC machine tools is divided into 6 categories,22 middle categories and 43 small categories.Through the questionnaire survey of 50 samples,the questionnaire design applied by Kano model,finally the demand categories of CNC machine tools with the automobile industry as the target customers are obtained.
