本文介绍了高效智能压铸岛集成控制系统各设备控制单元的构成和网络拓扑结构,以压铸机的嵌入式实时控制器为核心,通过网络化的工业计算机对压铸机本身以及周边设备进行集成控制,实现压铸岛系统的高效智能化控制和生产信息化管理。重点介绍了嵌入式实时控制器的快速响应特性和结合压铸工艺参数应用的必要性和应用特征,最终实现高效智能压铸过程高速响应和闭环控制的要求。
The full text introduces the composition and network topology of each device control unit of the efficient intelligent die-casting island integrated control system.Taking the embedded real-time controller of the die-casting machine as the core,the die-casting machine itself and the peripheral equipment are integrated and controlled by the networked industrial computer.Realize efficient and intelligent control and production information management of die-casting island system.The rapid response characteristics of the embedded real-time controller and the necessity and characteristics of the application of the die-casting process parameters are emphasized,and the requirements of high-speed response and closed-loop control of the efficient and intelligent die-casting process are finally achieved.
