摘要
目的:研究首发精神分裂症患者采用自我管理训练的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年12月笔者所在医院接收的100例首发精神分裂症患者,按照就诊先后顺序分为观察组(住院时行自我管理训练)与对照组(常规治疗护理),各50例,比较两组治疗与护理效果。结果:训练前两组生活质量、精神状态及社会功能比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),训练后观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,精神状态、社会功能评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理依从率及护理满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自我管理训练能提高首发精神分裂症患者整体疗效、稳定病情。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of self-management training in patients with first-episode schizophrenia.Method:A total of 100 patients with first-episode schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected,the patients were divided into the observation group(self-management training during hospitalization)and the control group(routine treatment and nursing)according to the sequence of medical treatment,with 50 cases each.The effects of treatment and nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in quality of life,mental state and social function between the two groups before the training(P>0.05).After the training,the score of life quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the scores of mental state and social function in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-management training can improve the overall efficacy and stability of patients with first-episode schizophrenia.
