Objective:To explore the value of serological screening for Down’s syndrome in the second trimester of pregnancy in predicting adverse pregnancy outcomes.Method:A total of 826 pregnant women who received Down’s serum screening in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects, all of whom received Down’s serum screening.According to the screening results, they were divided into the low-risk group(757 cases)and high-risk group(69 cases). The incidence of Down’s syndrome and adverse pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.Result:The incidence of Down’s syndrome in the high-risk group was 5.79%,which was higher than 0 in the low-risk group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of spontaneous abortion, stillbirth and placental abruption in the high-risk group were significantly higher than those in the low-risk group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high risk of Down’s serum screening is associated with the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, which can be regarded as a major index for the prediction of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
