摘要
关于复杂性肾结石的治疗方式较多,各有其优劣性,如何选择可获得最佳治疗效果,尚无具体循证医学证据。本文就复杂性肾结石的开放式手术、微创手术、联合手术三类手术疗法的应用适应证及疗效做一综述,以供手术医师参考。
There are many treatment methods for complicated kidney stones,each of which has its advantages and disadvantages.There is no specific evidence-based medicine evidence on how to choose the best treatment effect.This article reviews the indications and efficacy of open surgery,minimally invasive surgery and combined surgery for complicated kidney stones for the reference of surgeons.
