摘要
目的:探讨预见性护理干预对剖宫产术中快速大量输血产妇应激反应与并发症的影响。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年12月于笔者所在医院行剖宫产产妇150例,在分娩时均接受快速大量输血。按照入院顺序分成观察组75例和对照组75例,观察组采用预见性护理干预,对照组采用常规护理干预,对比两组术中及术后并发症情况、新生儿窒息率和护理满意度。结果:观察组术中低血压发生率为12.00%,低体温发生率为6.67%,术后并发症发生率为5.33%,护理满意度为97.33%,均优于对照组的26.66%、28.00%、17.33%、86.67%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组新生儿窒息率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对接受快速大量输血的剖宫产产妇开展预见性护理,可明显降低术中和术后并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze the effects of predictive nursing intervention on stress response and complications of rapid mass transfusion in cesarean section.Method:A total of 150 women who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected.All women received rapid mass transfusion in cesarean section.According to the order of admission,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,75 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with predictive nursing intervention,while the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention.The intraoperative and postoperative complications,neonatal asphyxia rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:In the observation group,the incidence of intraoperative hypotension was 12.00%,the incidence of hypothermia was 6.67%,the incidence of postoperative complications was 5.33%,and the nursing satisfaction was 97.33%,which were better than 26.66%,28.00%,17.33% and 86.67% of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The neonatal asphyxia rate was compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Predictive nursing for women who receive rapid mass transfusions can significantly reduce intraoperative and postoperative complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
