摘要
目的:探讨"益肾疏肝,理气疏机"法针刺治疗前列腺增生症的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将就诊的60例患者分为试验组与西药组各30例。西药组给予坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗,试验组加上针刺中极、太冲、太溪、三阴交穴,疗程为1个月。于治疗前、治疗后、随访3个月时间节点记录患者的国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、夜尿次数、尿线现状、小腹症状、最大尿流量、残余尿量、超声下前列腺体积等指标。应用SPSS 18.0统计软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:治疗后,试验组总体疗效、IPSS、QOL、夜尿次数得分、尿线得分、最大尿流率得分、残余尿量优于西药组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。随访期间,试验组IPSS、QOL、夜尿次数得分、尿线得分、小腹症状得分、最大尿流率得分、残余尿量优于西药组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:"益肾疏肝,理气疏机"法针刺治疗良性前列腺增生的具有较好的疗效。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture with‘tonifying the kidney and soothing the liver,regulating qi and soothing ji’in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods:A total of 60 patients treated in the outpatient clinic were divided into the treatment group and the western medicine group,30 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with Sustained-Release Capsule.The experimental group was treated with acupuncture Zhongji(CV3),Taichong(LR3),Taixi(K3),Sanyinjiao(SP6)combined with western medicine Sustained-Release Capsule,The course of treatment for the two groups of patients was one month.The patients’international prostate symptom score(IPSS),quality of life index(QOL),nocturnal urine times,urinary line status,abdominal symptoms,maximum urine flow and residual urine volume and residual urine volume integral,prostate volume under ultrasound and other indicators were recorded at three time points of before and after treatment,and the follow-up period.SPSS 18.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data.Results:After treatment,the overall efficacy,IPSS,QOL,nocturnal urine times score,urine line score,maximum urine flow score,residual urine volume in the treatment group were better than the western medicine group(P<0.05,P<0.01).During follow-up,IPSS,QOL,nocturnal urine times score,urinary line score,abdominal symptom score,maximum urine flow score,residual urine volume in the treatment group were better than western medicine group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture adjunctive treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia by‘tonifying the kidney and soothing the liver,regulating qi and soothing ji’has a good curative effect.
