摘要
目的:探讨疏风解毒胶囊治疗风热证型社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的疗效。方法:将2016年3月至2018年3月就诊于浙江中医药大学附属温州中医院的120例CAP患者按随机法分为对照组(60例)和治疗组(60例)。对照组患者给予莫西沙星治疗,治疗组患者加用疏风解毒胶囊治疗。观察并比较两组患者中医证候疗效,中医单项证候积分,白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平变化及影像改变情况。结果:治疗组治愈37例,显效18例,有效2例,无效3例,临床总有效率(95.0%)高于对照组(75.0%)(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05)。在中医单项证候积分方面,治疗组咳嗽、咳痰、咽痛症状改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。在影像改善方面,治疗组吸收率(93.3%)优于对照组的75.0%(P<0.05)。结论:疏风解毒胶囊治疗CAP的疗效明显,可改善症状及影像吸收率,降低炎症因子水平。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of Shufeng Jiedu Capsules on the wind-heat syndrome community acquired pneumonia(CAP).Methods:A total of 120 CAP patients who were admitted to Wenzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from March 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).Patients in the control group were given Moxifloxacin treatment,and patients in the treatment group were treated with Shufeng Jiedu Capsules.To observe and compare the curative effect of TCM syndromes,TCM single symptom score,interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels and image changes between the two groups.Results:After treatment,37 cases were cured,18 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective in the treatment group.The total clinical effective rate(95.0%)was higher than that in the control group(75.0%)(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),but the improvement in the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05).In the aspect of TCM syndrome integral,after treatment,the symptoms of cough,sputum and pharyngalgia in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).In terms of image improvement,the treatment group(93.3%)was also better than the control group(75.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shufeng Jiedu Capsules is effective in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia.It can improve the symptoms and image absorption rate and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
