冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病痰热瘀结证中医辨治的理论与实践 被引量:3

Theory and practice of treating phlegm-heat stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease

摘要 冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)属临床常见病、多发病,基于辨证论治理念的中医学在冠心病防治方面具有一定优势,而处于动态变化中的中医证候在特定的时代背景下又有着其自然的演化规律。受来自饮食、环境、心理等方面致热性因素的影响,现代社会冠心病证候特征发生变化,痰热瘀三者相互转化,胶结为病,冠心病临床辨证属痰热瘀结证者日渐增多。文章基于古今文献,梳理冠心病痰热瘀结证的中医辨治理论与相关实践研究,探讨其病因病机、经验用药及疗效特点,以期为临床治疗提供思路。 Coronary heart disease(CHD)is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)based on the concept of syndrome differentiation has certain advantages in the prevention and treatment of CHD.Meanwhile,TCM syndromes isn’t invariable,which has its own natural evolution rules under the specific era background.Influenced by febrile factors such as diet,environment and psychology,the characteristics of CHD in modern society have changed.Phlegm,heat and stasis are transformed and cemented into diseases.The number of CHD patients with phlegm-heat stasis syndrome is increasing.Based on the ancient and modern literature,this paper summarized the TCM theory of differentiation and treatment and relevant practice research on the phlegm-heat stasis syndrome of CHD,and explored its etiology,pathogenesis,medication experience and curative effect characteristics,so as to provide ideas for clinical treatment.
