摘要
结的中医学内涵是指邪气与物相结聚的病理过程,在经络系统中多以结节、斑疹、条索等病症反应点的形式出现,准确的审、循、切、按是经络辨证的核心要求,亦是提高针灸临床诊治水平的重要手段,但迄今为止尚未取得共识,亦未上升至相应的理论高度。文章以《黄帝内经》所载"神客共会"的动态腧穴观为指导,在全面梳理相关文献的基础上,试从溯源、释义、分类及临床应用等方面构建腧穴病态视域下的形态学模型——穴结理论,以期更直接地从宏观角度辨析疾病的病变层次,为针刺临床提供指导和理论依据。
Connotation of node in traditional Chinese medicine refers to the pathogens and the phase of the pathological process of knot together,and in the meridians system,it usually appears in the form of nodule,macula,cord and other disease reaction points.Accurate examination,running course of channel,cutting and pressing are the core requirements of syndrome differentiation of meridians and collaterals,and also an important means to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment level of acupuncture.But so far,no consensus has been reached and no corresponding theoretical height has been raised.Under the guidance of the dynamic acupoint concept of‘merge healthy atmosphere into evil influence in Huangdi Neijing,on the basis of a comprehensive review of relevant literature,this paper attempts to build a morphological model:Acupoint congeal theory of acupoint pathological field of view from the aspects of traceability,interpretation,classification and clinical application,in order to more directly discriminate the pathological level of disease from a macro perspective,and provide guidance and theoretical basis for acupuncture clinical practice.
