摘要 建筑通过对太阳能等可再生能源的利用,从传统的能源消耗方转变为产能—用能结合体,产能建筑通过满足自身能耗需求和富余电量上网,可以进一步转化为小型能源共享站。以SDC2018太阳能十项全能竞赛参赛项目"C-House"为例,探索基于光伏建筑一体化的智慧化产能房屋设计方法,将降低能耗与提高产能相结合,在保证达到产能目标的同时,兼顾建筑美观性要求;研究智慧化产能用能方式,利用智慧化储能系统和房屋控制系统,提高自用电比例。仿真模拟结果和实地建造后的测试结果证明了C-House能够实现产能目标。 By using renewable energy such as solar energy,the building has transformed from a traditional energy consumer to a capacity-energy combination,which could be further transformed into small energy sharing station with meeting its own energy demand and surplus electricity.In this paper,take a case study of SDC2018 project“C-House”to explore strategies of intelligent energy-plus house based on BIPV,with the combination of energy use decrease and energy produce increase.While ensuring the achievement of energy-plus target,building aesthetic requirements were taken into account.The intelligent energy consumption-production method was also studied to increase the self-consumption proportion with the utilization of smart energy storage system and house control system.It is verified that C-House has achieved the energy-plus target by the simulation results and test results after field construction.
