摘要
目的:观察泄浊解毒方联合系统涂药疗法对痛风性关节炎的治疗效果。方法:60例痛风性关节炎患者随机分为两组,每组30例,治疗组在常规口服泄浊解毒方基础上加外治法系统涂药疗法,对照组只口服泄浊解毒方,治疗15d,并于3、6个月分别进行随访。观察两组临床疗效,比较两组关节疼痛、关节肿胀、关节活动受限情况及血沉、C反应蛋白、血尿酸等变化。结果:治疗组临床有效率96.7%(29/30),对照组为93.3%(28/30)。治疗后,对照组关节疼痛、活动受限评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),治疗组关节疼痛、肿胀、活动受限评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组血尿酸、血沉、C反应蛋白均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),且治疗组血沉和C反应蛋白显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:验证了中医内外兼治疗法对痛风疗效的有效性与安全性,扩大了浊毒理论的运用范围。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiezhuo Jiedu decoction combined with systemic drug therapy on gouty arthritis.Methods:Sixty cases of gouty arthritis patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given conventional oral Xiezhuo Jiedu Decoction plus external treatment system coating therapy,while the control group was only given Xiezhuo Jiedu Decoction orally,the patients were followed up for 3 and 6 months.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Joint pain,joint swelling and joint movement limitation were compared between the two groups,the changes of erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein and serum uric acid were also observed.Results:The clinical effective rate was 96.7%(29/30)in the treatment group and 93.3%(28/30)in the control group.After treatment,the scores of joint pain and activity limitation in the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),while those in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of serum uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),the ESR and C-reactive protein in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:This method has been proved to be effective in the treatment of TCM.The effectiveness and safety of external and concurrent therapy on gout has expanded the application scope of Turbid Toxin theory.
