摘要
近年来,关于分子生物学的文献逐年增加大量涌现,其中,关于肿瘤方面的分子生物学研究也逐年增加。文章通过计算机检索,以肿瘤、恶性、分子生物等为关键字,查阅近十年来CNKI上关于肿瘤分子生物学的实验,临床文献,总结了肿瘤相关分子生物学的规律,为进一步挖掘并探讨肿瘤相关分子生物学的研究提供思路。
In recent years, more and more literatures on molecular biology have emerged year by year, among which the research on molecular biology of tumors has also increased year by year. In this paper, we reviewed the experimental and clinical literatures on molecular biology of tumors on CNKI in recent ten years by computer search, using the keywords of tumors, malignancies and molecular biology, and summarized the rules of molecular biology of tumors, so as to provide ideas for further exploring and discussing the research of molecular biology of tumors.
