摘要
园区的排水体制为雨、污分流制。生活污水和生产废水经过预处理后通过排污支管路,汇总至排污干管,然后引至园区内污水处理厂,园区前期项目在建,没有排水。该项目设计污水处理总量为5000 m3/d,其中生活污水1000 m3/d,工业废水4000 m3/d。经分析比选,本设计推荐厌氧工艺采用ABR、好氧工艺采用接触氧化,即“物化预处理-厌氧反应池-好氧反应池1-臭氧氧化-好氧反应池2”工艺方案,该方案具有投资少,占地省,运行费用低,管理方便的优点。
The drainage system of the park is rain and sewage diversion system.After pretreatment,domestic sewage and production wastewater are collected through the sewage branch pipeline to the sewage main pipe,and then led to the sewage treatment plant in the park,the park is under construction without drainage.The total designed sewage treatment volume of this project is 5000m3/d,domestic sewage is 1000 m3/d and industrial wastewater is 4000 m3/d.Through analysis and comparison,we recommend that the anaerobic process use ABR and the aerobic process use contact oxidation.That is,“physical-chemical pretreatment-anaerobic reaction tank-aerobic reaction tank 1-ozone oxidation-aerobic reaction tank 2”process program,which has the advantages of less investment,less land area,low operating cost and convenient management.
