杜仲提取物对黄羽肉鸡生长性能及养分消化利用的影响 被引量:15

Effects of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.Extract on Growth Performance and Nutrient Digestion and Utilization of Yellow Feather Broilers

摘要 本试验旨在探讨杜仲提取物对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、养分消化率、十二指肠肠道形态及十二指肠消化酶活性的影响。挑选900羽1日龄黄羽肉鸡,随机分成6个处理组,每组6个重复,每个重复25羽。对照组饲喂基础日粮,抗生素组在基础日粮中添加40 mg/kg吉他霉素+10 mg/kg那西肽,其他4组分别在基础日粮中添加100、200、300 mg/kg杜仲提取物及抗生素+100 mg/kg杜仲提取物。试验分为前期(1~21日龄)和后期(22~50日龄),试验期50 d。结果表明:随着杜仲提取物添加量的增加,黄羽肉鸡生长性能改善,黄羽肉鸡的日增重和采食量在300 mg/kg杜仲提取物组显著提高;相比于对照组,抗生素组、300 mg/kg杜仲提取物组及抗生素+100 mg/kg杜仲提取物组的干物质、粗蛋白质和粗脂肪的消化率显著提高;与对照组相比,300 mg/kg杜仲提取物组在试验前期和后期十二指肠的绒毛高度分别提高了15.68%和26.76%(P<0.05),试验后期十二指肠胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性分别提高了63.11%、49.48%和24.04%(P<0.05)。结果显示,日粮补充杜仲提取物有效提高了肉鸡的生长性能、养分消化率、十二指肠消化酶活性,改善了十二指肠肠道形态。 This study aimed to investigate the effect of Eucommia ulmoides extract on growth performance,nutrient digestibility,duodenal intestinal morphology,and duodenal digestive enzyme activities of yellow feather broilers.A total of 900 one-day-old yellow broilers were randomly divided into 6 treatment groups,6 replicates in each group,25 chickens per replicate,and the test period was 50 days.The control group was fed with a basal diet,and the antibiotic group was fed with 40 mg/kg of kitasamycin+10 mg/kg of natriuretic peptide.The experimental group was fed with 100,200,300 mg/kg of Eucommia ulmoides extract and antibiotic+100 mg/kg of Eucommia ulmoides extract in the basal diet,respectively.The feeding trials were divided into the early stage(1~21 days old)and the late stage(22~50 days old).The results showed that with the increase of the Eucommia ulmoides extract,the growth performance of yellow feather broiler chickens improved,and the daily gain and feed intake of yellow feather broiler chickens increased significantly in the 300 mg/kg Eucommia ulmoides extract group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the digestibility of dry matter,crude protein and crude fat in the antibiotic group,300 mg/kg Eucommia ulmoides extract group and antibiotic+100 mg/kg Eucommia ulmoides extract group increased significantly.Compared with the control group,the 300 mg/kg Eucommia ulmoides extract group significantly increased the villus height of the duodenum in pre-and post-test period by 15.68%and 26.76%,respectively(P<0.05),Protease,amylase and lipase activities were increased by 63.11%,49.48%and 24.04%,respectively(P<0.05).The results showed that the dietary supplementation of Eucommia ulmoides extract effectively improved the growth performance,nutrient digestibility,duodenal intestinal morphology and duodenal digestive enzyme activity of broilers.
