摘要
随着社会发展对应用型人才需求的不断增加,民办应用型本科院校应不断优化和创新教学模式,切实加强实践教学能力,确保应用型人才培养目标的全面落实,整体提升大学生素质和教学质量,满足社会发展对人才的客观需求。文章将针对湖南省民办应用型本科院校管理类专业实践教学的现状及当前大学生实践能力发展存在的普遍问题,并结合教育的一般规律,探索湖南民办高校大学生实践教学能力提升的有效措施和途径。
Along with the increasing demand for applied talents of social development,run by the applied undergraduate colleges should constantly optimizing and innovating teaching mode,strengthen the practice teaching ability,to ensure that the applied talents training goal of full implementation,the overall improve students'quality and teaching quality,meet the objective needs of social development for talents.This paper aims at the current situation of practical teaching of management major in private application-oriented undergraduate colleges in Hunan province and the common problems existing in the development of college students'practical ability,and combines with the general law of education to explore effective measures and ways to improve college students'practical teaching ability in private colleges in Hunan province.
