新建铁路大临线临沧站站场路基沉降评估分析 被引量:6

摘要 为探索施工期站场路基沉降规律,以临沧站为例建立现场监测段,采用曲线拟合法对路基沉降值进行预测,确定适合该地区的沉降预测手段;并对施工期高填方路基内部应力特征及路基沉降特征进行总结分析;依据相关国家规范,制定针对施工期站场路基质量的评估体系。研究结果表明:三点法和指数曲线法对该地区沉降预测适应性较好,误差在±1%之内,而采用双曲线法所得计算值普遍偏大;路基内部土压力随着填土高度的增加而增大,填土结束后土压力值逐步趋于稳定;路基累计沉降与施工填土工况直接相关,且最大沉降速率发生在施工填土初期;依据施工期路基质量评估准则,该段铁路路基施工工艺及施工质量符合要求,路基沉降发展安全可控。研究成果对铁路施工期路基沉降预测及路基质量评估具有重要参考意义。 In order to explore the subgrade settlement characteristics during construction period of station yard,the subgrade field monitoring section of Lincang was established and the settlement of subgrade was predicted by curve fitting method.The settlement prediction method suitable for the area was determined.The internal stress characteristics and settlement characteristics of high-fill subgrade during construction were summarized.According to the relevant national standards,the method of subgrade quality evaluation during construction was put forward.The results show that the three-point method and exponential curve method have good adaptability tothe prediction of settlement in this area,and the error is within±1%,while the calculated value obtained by using hyperbolic method is generally larger than the measured value.The soil pressure inside the subgrade keeps a growth trend with the increase of filling height,and the soil pressure value gradually tends to be stable after the completion of subgrade filling.The accumulated settlement of subgrade is directly related to the construction conditions,and the maximum subgrade settlement rate occurs in the early stage of construction filling.According to the subgrade quality evaluation criteria during the construction period,it is concluded that the construction technology and construction quality of the subgrade meet the requirements,and the subgrade settlement development trend of this section is safe.This study has important reference significance for the prediction of subgrade settlement and the evaluation of subgrade quality during railway construction period.
