摘要
基于鲁西南农村的田野调研,以历史分析为起点,全面考察农业产业化发展中经济、社会的互动过程,由此概括出当地小养殖户适应农业产业化发展的主要路径,即以家庭为核心的“双重”经营模式。这一发展模式下,家庭发展潜能和农业产业发展活力皆得以激发,但就农业产业的扩大化发展而言,仍面临着多重困境,包括生产分工与收益有限、协商协作与交易成本过大、家庭经营的内卷化以及一体化发展难以有效推进等。养殖产业化的持续发展须在目前家庭经营基础上,从政策支持、产业与产品结构优化、农民合作组织统筹以及优化产业合作经营等方面拓展空间。
Based on the field investigation in the rural area of the southwest of Shandong,the paper studied the economic and social interaction inagricultural industrialization with the historical analysis as the starting point,and then generalized the local small-scale farmers’main path to develop agricultural industrialization,that is,the dual management mode which is the core of the family.This development mode has stimulated the development potential of both the family and the agricultural industry;however,the expansion and development of the agricultural industry are confronted with many difficultiesincluding limited labor division and profitability,excessive negotiation and cooperation and transaction costs,and family managementinvolution.The sustainable development of the aquaculture industrialization calls for policy support,industry and product structure optimization,farmers’cooperative organization planning and industrial management mode innovation.
