“双一流”背景下地方综合性大学教师队伍建设问题探析——以H大学为例

摘要 地方院校应关注师资力量的均衡发展,推进学校整体稳步前进。对H大学教师队伍建设的基本问题进行分析,提出强化政府部门的宏观调控,提高教师的创新意识,平衡高层次人才引进,构建有效的考核评价机制等策略,促进教师队伍建设。 We are supposed to balance the development of the first-class teachers with that of the average teachers to accelerate the progress of the local colleges and universities.Based on the problems confronting the ranks of the teachers of H University,the paper proposes that we should adopt a correct attitude towards the macro-control of authorities,raise teachers’consciousness of innovation,pay attention to the balance of senior technical personnel in different fields,provide an effective evaluation mechanism and build up the ranks of first-class teachers.
