摘要
本文以传承和发展中华优秀传统文化为视角,采用文献资料、田野调查等方法,对土家族武术的文化特征进行调查研究,剖析土家族武术的套路风格、技击特点、练功方法等,旨在对促进中华优秀传统文化,传承和发展土家族武术奠定一定的理论研究基础。
From the perspective of inheriting and developing the excellent traditional culture of China,the cultural characteristic of Tujia wushu(martial arts of Tujia Minority)are investigated and studied by means of literature review and field investigation.Its routine movement style,attack characteristics and training methods are also analyzed,with the aim of promoting the Chinese excellent traditional culture and offering the theoretical foundation of the inheritance and development of Tujia wushu.
