摘要
企业党委落实党风廉政建设主体责任,既是贯彻落实党中央“党要管党,从严治党”方针的基本要求,更是加快建设法治国家的根本保证和开展党风廉政建设的关键所在。论文从必要性、主要内容、主要措施三个方面对国有企业落实党委主体责任进行思考与探析。
The implementation of the subject responsibility of the Party committee in enterprises in building good conduct and political integrity is not only the basic requirement for implementing the policy of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,that is,"the Party supervises its own conduct and enforces strict discipline",but also the fundamental guarantee to accelerate the building of a country ruled by law and the key to carry out the building of good conduct and political integrity.From three aspects,namely,necessity,main contents and main measures,the paper makes a reflection and analysis of the implementation of the Party committee's subject responsibility in state-owned enterprises.
