摘要
房地产项目管理是一项系统性工作,关系到诸多方面的内容,且面临的不确定性因素较多,在其管理中往往存在很多风险因素,所以对其进行科学分析,不断提升风险管理的有效性十分重要。基于此,论文对此进行了分析,并提出对应的风险规避措施。
Real estate project management is a systematic work,which is related to many aspects of the content,and faces many uncertain factors.There are many risk factors existing in its management.Therefore,it is very important to analyze it scientifically and improve the effectiveness of risk management.Based on this,this paper analyzes this and puts forward corresponding risk aversion measures.
