摘要
生涯教育对帮助学生制定生涯规划,促进其生涯发展具有重要的推动作用。澳大利亚维多利亚州中学阶段生涯教育课程的实施是一个系统的过程,由政府、社会、学校以及学生等多方共同参与完成,在课程内容、实施方案以及课程评价等方面具有鲜明特点。我国应该借鉴其经验,以学生为中心,以学习目标为导向,优化生涯教育的课程内容,将理论与实践学习相结合,推动我国生涯教育课程的优化发展。
Career education curriculum plays an important role in helping students make career plans and promote career development.The implementation of career education curriculum in secondary school in Victoria,Australia is a systematic process,which is jointly completed by the government,society,schools and students.It has distinct characteristics in curriculum content,implementation plan and curriculum evaluation.Our country should learn from its experience,take the students as the center,take the learning goals as the guide,optimize the curriculum content of career education,combine the theory and practice learning,and promote the optimization development of career education curriculum in our country.
