摘要
目的:探讨微创穿刺治疗老年高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法:2016年1月-2018年1月收治老年高血压脑出血患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用内科保守治疗,研究组实行微创穿刺手术,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用微创穿刺颅内血肿清除术治疗老年高血压脑出血可有效改善患者临床症状,提高治疗效果,改善预后。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive puncture in the treatment of senile hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:From January 2016 to January 2018,60 elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conservative medical treatment.The study group was treated with minimally invasive puncture operation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive intracranial hematoma evacuation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,therapeutic effect and prognosis of elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
