摘要
目的:分析生长抑素联合乌司他丁治疗于消化道出血的临床效果及对炎症因子的影响。方法:2017年6月-2018年10月收治消化道出血患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组给予生长抑素治疗;研究组给予生长抑素联合乌司他丁治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后炎性因子白介素(IL)-2水平高于对照组,IL-6及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生长抑素联合乌司他丁治疗消化道出血,疗效显著,可改善患者炎性因子水平。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of somatostatin combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding and its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods:From June 2017 to October 2018,70 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding were selected and randomly divided into two groupswith 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with somatostatin.The research group was treated with somatostatin combined with ulinastatin.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the research group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of inflammatory factor IL-2 after treatment in the research group was higher than the control group,and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Somatostatin combined with ulinastatin is significant effect in the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding,and it can improve the level of inflammatory factors in patients.
