摘要
目的:研究老年患者口腔修复的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年3月进行口腔修复的老年患者108例,随机分为两组,各54例。对照组进行局部义齿矫正治疗;试验组进行全口吸附性义齿矫正治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组患者满意度评分、牙齿修复程度评分及口腔功能恢复程度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全口吸附性义齿矫正治疗比局部义齿矫正治疗更有利于老年患者口腔恢复,对患者身心健康均有一定益处。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of prosthodontics in the elderly.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,108 elderly patients with prosthodontics were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 54 cases in each.The control group was treated with local denture correction diagnosis and treatment.The experimental group was treated with whole mouth adsorption denture correction diagnosis and treatment.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the scores of patients’ satisfaction,degree of tooth repair and degree of oral function recovery were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the local denture correction,the whole mouth adsorption denture correction is more conducive to the prosthodontics of the elderly patients,and has certain benefits to the physical and mental health of the patients.
