摘要
子宫腺肌病与子宫肌瘤均是育龄期女性生殖系统常见的良性肿瘤,高强度聚焦超声治疗(HIFU)作为新兴的微创手术治疗方式,现已广泛应用于子宫腺肌病及子宫肌瘤的治疗。影像学作为术前术后常规的检查手段,特别是多参数磁共振检查及高频彩超的运用,对HIFU治疗术后的疗效做出评价显得尤为必要。本文通过不同检查方式对病灶术前、术后的形态学及功能学做出评价,以判断HIFU治疗疗效是否显著,并向临床做出反馈。
Adenomyosis and hysteromyoma are common benign tumors of female reproductive system in childbearing age. As an emerging minimally invasive surgical treatment, high-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) has been widely used in the treatment of adenomyosis and hysteromyoma. Imaging as a routine examination method before and after operation, especially the application of multi-parameter MRI and high frequency color Doppler ultrasound, it is particularly necessary to evaluate the therapeutic effect of HIFU after surgery. In this paper, different examination methods were used to evaluate the morphology and function of the lesions before and after the operation, so as to determine whether the therapeutic effect of HIFU is significant and to give feedback to the clinic.
