摘要
通过回顾仙游景观风貌专项规划编制,思考城市总体景观风貌格局及塑造城市特色需把握的关键内容。认为:景观风貌规划编制,首先要梳理出城市风貌定位、总体结构、山水格局、眺望系统、竖向形态、特色历史风貌区等控制体系内容;其次,要厘清城市风貌定位是否与总体规划定位和城市发展方向相吻合。基于山水格局是城市风貌的基础,历史风貌区是城市的精神底蕴,因此,控制体系内容应通过制定景观图则向城市控规传导,才能有效实现对城市风貌的引导和管控。
Through reviewing the special planning of Xianyou landscape style,this paper thinks about the key contents of shaping the urban characteristics and the overall landscape pattern of the city. It is considered that,first of all,the planning should sort out the control system contents,such as the orientation of urban landscape,the overall urban structure,the landscape pattern,the overlooking system,the vertical shape,and the characteristic historical area. Secondly,it is necessary to clarify whether the positioning of urban features is consistent with the positioning of the master plan and the direction of urban development. Landscape pattern is the basis of urban landscape,and the historical landscape area is the spiritual heritage of the city. The content of the control system should be integrated into regulatory detailed Planning through the formulation of landscape map,so as to realize the shaping and control of urban landscape effectively.
