摘要
指出了《绿色食品生产开发与利用》是培养涉农专业本科生实践能力和创业思维的重要课程,也是实现高校“三全育人”的重要载体。对《绿色食品生产开发与利用》的课程定位和育人功能进行了探讨,为该课程教学团队的构建和教学环节的优化提供了理论支撑,同时也为涉农专业“三全育人”模式的构建提供了思路。
Green Food Production Development and Utilization is an important course for cultivating the practical ability and entrepreneurial thinking of undergraduates majoring in agriculture,and it is also an important carrier for the realization of"three total education"in colleges and universities.This paper discusses the course positioning and education function of Green Food Production Development and Utilization,which provides theoretical support for the construction of the course teaching team and the optimization of teaching links.At the same time,it also provides ideas for the construction of the"three total education"model for agricultural majors.
