摘要
通过一起智能变电站的线路保护重合闸瞬间放电现象,分析了智能变电站级联合并单元的采样延时问题,阐述了级联合并单元采样延时的算法及由来,介绍了保护装置插值重采样的原理及要求,希望能对智能变电站级联合并单元额定延时的现场调试及保护重采样理解有借鉴意义。
Based on the instantaneous discharge phenomenon of a line protection reclosing in a smart substation,the problem of sampling delay of the cascade MU in smart substations is analyzed,the algorithm and origin of the sampling delay of the cascade MU are elaborated,and the principles and requirements of the interpolation resampling of the protection device are also put forward.Hopefully,this study can offer reference for understanding field debugging and resampling protection of rated delay of the cascade MU in smart substations.
