摘要
对36所"双一流"A类高校图书馆微信公众平台进行了调研,对高校图书馆在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间利用微信公众平台开展在线阅读推广及读者心理疏导的情况进行对比分析。针对不足,提出高校图书馆在突发公众事件中如何更好地开展在线阅读推广工作,并有效进行读者心理疏导的优化建议,以期为相关研究提供支撑。
This paper investigates the WeChat public platform of 36"Double First-Class"university libraries, makes a comparative analysis on the online reading promotion and readers’ psychological counseling through WeChat public platform service of them during COVID-19. Focusing on deficiencies, the paper discusses how to better carry out the online reading promotion and readers’ psychological counseling of university libraries,in order to provide support for related research.
