摘要
印染行业的快速发展使其在工业废水排放中所占比重越来越大,而因排放标准不断提高,使印染废水的治理成为行业面临的共同问题。以当前印染废水治理的技术问题及宏观走向为基点,综合分析印染产业聚集地及印染企业废水治理格局、存在问题及解决思路;并提出企业内部及印染企业聚集地协同治理废水的“全局观”、污泥治理之“内循环污泥减量及资源化”的“系统观”。同时对未来印染废水治理的发展远景进行预判。
The treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater has become a common problem for the textile industry because wastewater accounted for an increasing proportion of industrial wastewater discharge due to rapid development of the textile industry and the discharge standards have continued to improve.Based on the current technical problems and macro tendency,the wastewater treatment patterns,existing problems and solutions for printing and dyeing industrial zoom and separate industry comprehensively analyzed.The“Global view”of collaborative wastewater treatment by printing and dyeing industrial zoom and separate industry and“System view”of sludge treatment through internal circulation and resource utilization were proposed.Meanwhile,the development prospect of the printing and dyeing wastewater treatment was also forecasted.
